Worked great when I downloaded it years ago and bought the full version but now? Fed ex and UPS (along side others) do not track packages. I’m still using it but I track Fedex and UPS through other means now. I believe the author of this app has abandoned it. Which is sad because it worked great in the beginning.

I have tried a lot of different package track apps over the years, looking for something simple and reliable. My search is over. I've been using this one for two years and am completely satisfied. Update: I’m sad to say this app doesn’t track half of the time any more. Time to search for something better. 😕

I downloaded this app in 2015 and for a while I thought it was one of the most practical and helpful apps I had. Should and could be 5 stars. However at least 5 times over the past few years, I went into the menu and sent an email to the developers asking them to add a simple search bar / search feature so that you can find old parcels that you’ve ordered in the past in the event you wanted to reorder them. So that you can find the place you purchased them from. To this day, no one has ever responded to any of them. Then for the past few years, UPS & FedEx, both of whom I have successful tracking information on from several years ago, no longer provide any info. I have a few UPS shipments in there right now, but all they say is “NO TRACKING DATA”. Whereas if I track them on the UPS website, I can see where they are currently. What happened?

No longer updates. Dead app.

This once great app is not worth downloading now and certainly not worth the cost of its premium service. It only tracks USPS now, but you can do that yourself on the USPS website. When a developer abandons its own app, the App Store should remove it.

This app has apparently been abandoned. It can't even track UPS anymore, and that is the flatlining of this kind of app. Sad, but understandable. Keeping up with all these carriers has gone to be an overwhelming amount of work. I do think this should be pulled from the app store, though, if it has been left to rot.

No longer seems to work

I honestly feel ripped off because I paid for the premium version of this app and now most of its functions aren’t usable. Do not bother with this app. The app used to be great. Now it doesn’t work with any carrier but USPS. Multiple packages from UPS, FedEx, etc. just say “No tracking info” the whole time even though there’s updates through the carrier’s website/app. The description for the app literally says “Track all carriers in one app.”

The app has quit working on all, but USPS packages will not track. FedEx will not track UPS packages. I paid for the premium feature so that it would sync across multiple devices but it seems as though most of all the connectivity is broken. Do not purchase this app.

Had to uninstall. Wasn’t tracking packages anymore. Sometimes a package was delivered but the app still had no info or movement on the package .

This app used to be great but now tracking no longer works for any of the carriers. I’m bummed because I subscribed to the paid version due to how wonderful it was and it seems like the app has been neglected. It should be taken down now

No longer working for UPS or FedEx

Been using it for 10 years. Earlier on there would be some delays with the tracking info updates but as far as i can tell now the app is working perfectly fine and it does exactly what you need it to do.

This app used to be good, but it no longer works to track most packages.

I have been using this app for years now. I even paid for premium service, but lately, it it seems not to be tracking anything anymore. All i get is ‘no tracking info’

The FedEx and DHL mails are never every be able to track. So disappointed

Was great when it worked. Now it doesn’t track UPS and is very hit and miss with the other carriers as well.

Please remove the app if it’s not maintained. No longer works

App not working any more no pulling data from carriers

Used the free version for a long time and it was great. Bought the paid version, and it no longer works.

After years of using this app with great success, it has suddenly stopped tracking all of my packages and it seems to have started after the last update. The only thing that this app will track now is anything being delivered by USPA! I have tried contacting the developer without any response to my inquiry. I have been very happy with the app up until this point and now looking for a parcel tracker that will track all the major shippers; USPA,UPS, FedEx, DHL… Any recommendations would be appreciated!!

I bought the premium version, but now when I track a package, it doesn’t ever show the tracking information.

Even as a premium subscriber, this app no longer pulls data to track packages. WHY IS IT STILL ON THE APP STORE IF IT DOESNT WORK?

This used to be a decent app worth the three dollars or so I paid for it . However, it’s been abandoned or longer updated for several years now. So do not buy or download this app.

Does not work with UPS, FedEx, or any other service. Says “no tracking data” for any other shipping service.

This app used to work fabulously, tracking packages from different senders but now it doesn’t seem to update appropriately. I had a package delivered today and the status is still “pending status information” with no tracking data.

I’ve used this app since 2017 when I purchased the premium app. App always tracked packages correctly until about a year ago. Now it’s hit or miss. Some packages are tracked but more often than not, after entering the package info, it says “no tracking data” and “pending status information” all the way through to the delivery and after delivery. And your app still says “no tracking data”. I since purchased another tracking app that works perfectly. What in the world is going on with this app? I like it better, or should I say, I liked it better that the app I’m using now but it’s not really usable if it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. Can this be fixed??

work at all. It fails to track my packages accurately, and sometimes it doesn’t even recognize valid tracking numbers. The updates are either delayed or nonexistent, making it completely unreliable. I’ve tried reinstalling and troubleshooting, but nothing seems to fix the issues. Very disappointing!

This used to be really useful but as others have reported it seems to be unmaintained now and has not been keeping up as shipping companies update their systems. USPS works for me but none of UPS, FedEx or U.K. Royal Mail work these days.

App was a must have app. Now it doesn't work. App is dead now.

Used to be such a great, handy app but it seems to no longer track anything at all. Very bummed out! I loved this app.

This use to be one of my favorite apps. I always have allot of packages and especially during holidays use to be good to track everything. I purchased the premium version and app is no longer working properly I don’t get updates on tracking numbers and don’t get updates so don’t use it anymore. Fix it please

No longer works for FedEx and UPS

App used to work pretty well. FedEx has not worked in a long time and now UPS don’t get any data and doesn’t work.

Decent little app, however, it doesn’t update or provide tracking data from any UPS tracking number for some reason. I also don’t think DHL tracking numbers work either.

Used to be the best tracking app out there. Even bought premium. Now won’t even track UPS or FedEx.

Please remove this app from AppStore . No longer updated since 3 years . This APP used to be good but it seems now developers are no longer active. The app is completely broken. Only tracks UPS packages. If I use Fedex or Dhl it shows no tracking information inspite of tracking information being present as per courier website. I had purchased premium subscription earlier but I think it is a waste now. The app needs to removed from appstore

Doesn’t track USPS, UPS, FedEx, or anything. Get no update. The company just took your money for being a premium member and leave a non working app in the App Store. Delist this app from the App store so it stops scamming people for paying the premium membership.

Used to work very well. No longer tracks USPS, UPS, or FEDEX packages.

Was awesome. Since iOS 18 it’s useless. Doesn’t work for UPS, USPS is slow to update. Had to switch to another app.

Skip this app. It was once simple and effective but is no longer reliable. It stopped auto selecting shipper and provides no tracking updates. Searching for another tracker.

Needs email push automatic tracking

Used to work, but hasn’t been updated in three years. Doesn’t work most times. Especially on US Postal Service.
